What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Professional development, especially of younger associates, needs to improve. Mentoring should be increased and greater opportunities should be available to contribute to cases earlier on in career above and beyond research and writing.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Great size firm, not too big, not too small. Has the resources to make sure all the latest software and technology are available for associates so they have an advantage when working on cases; beautiful offices to go to everyday.

What did you not like about this institution?
If you're new, it may take some time before you get assigned a bigger role on a case. If you're not pro-active about it, you won't advance quickly here.
