Management doesn't not care. It starts from the top down.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
When you are in good standing, the people are nice and the work is interesting.

What did you not like about this institution?
It is very political. The partners decide who are "in" and who are "out". Some people get to act however, they want and harass and retaliate against other employees.

People, departments, offices, products, services and whatever comes to mind that should be avoided at this institution
They are all bad. Stephanie Quinn is the worst. She thinks she is better than everyone else. If she thinks a person is a "bad person" she will harass them until she can get them fired or get them to quit. She is one of the nastiest people I have ever worked with. The other partners let her and her cronies do whatever they want.

How could this employer run its business to employees or the public better?
None. Think twice about applying to work here. They do not care about loyalty or hard work.
