The firm can't exist on just a few rock stars and everyone else feeling like they are 100%, completely anonymous.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I loved the compensation and benefit package, including a great dental plan and more than fair amount of vacation

What did you not like about this institution?
I felt like a nobody there. I felt like no matter how far I stretch myself, there was never any recognition for a job well done.
