What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I think most law firms need to increase the amount of money they spend on their staff and this one is no exception. Too much profit goes to the partners. The firm needs to allow more employees to earn partnerships, too.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Although I've moved on, I wouldn't trade my time here for anything. I really learned a lot in my short time here. They gave me a lot of chances to expand my skillset and prepare for the future.

What did you not like about this institution?
This firm doesn't offer a lot of potential to move up in your career. Don't expect to start here and make partner some day. The salaries are a little bit on the low side for the field.
