The best advice I can give is to just simply keep striving for perfection and improvement. Never settle for what you are. Push your employees while treating themselves, yourself and the customers with the highest respect.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
It's hard to narrow it down but to put it simply, De Beaubien, Knight, Simmons, Mantzaris& Neal, LLP are the very best at what they do. They're what you want and would expect coming from a law firm.
What did you not like about this institution?
I simply can't think of a single thing other than the odd bad day or bad case. Nothing about them personally that is bad.
