HR or management needs to be more open to criticism and improve the faults within the work system. Some have left because of it, some really good people."

I worked here since I started in the field, and all my teammates have been bright and top of the line as far as work ethic is concerned.
What did you not like about this institution?
HR doesn't seem to be open to criticism as far as other teams or groups within the business is concerned.
