Show a greater appreciation for valuable staff. It's one thing to hand out compliments or even promotions to these employees, but another to reward them with tangible financial compensation.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Besides the benefit of going to work for a large firm in beautiful downtown Honolulu, Hawai'i, my experience at M4 was very pleasant for the most part. With hard work and an ability to communicate effectively, there are ample opportunities for personal and professional growth.

What did you not like about this institution?
Despite the solid starting pay, I found that raises and incentives were not always commensurate with increased responsibilities and/or job titles. It is likely I would still be at the company otherwise, given that the employees are nice and there is relatively little office drama.

Enjoyed the variety of challenging assignments throughout my time at M4.

What did you not like about this institution?
Work environment changed when new Controller was hired.

People, departments, offices, products, services and whatever comes to mind that should be avoided at this institution
Treat employees equally. Favoritism was evident towards certain staff.
