What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I really enjoy the firm and the staff. The way it is run is the best and it is a really positive place. I would suggest a way to be able to take some ""Work from Home"" tasks to give staff a little break from office work.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The staff here is professional and always tries to treat each other and the client right. We pride ourselves on being some of the most respected in the field and it's because we work with such honest and great people. When you see people do better, it makes you want to care and do better for the firm.
What did you not like about this institution?
Possibly the worst is that the work/life divide could be larger. I feel like a lot of the staff need breaks every now and again and it would be helpful if we had more time to be at home and not at work.
