What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Offering better bonuses and incentives would probably make some of the associates who work on different projects at the firm stay. I also think it is something the firm can do easily.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Other than the great resources we have at this firm, attorneys here will usually find themselves taking part in projects that are outside of their professions as well like helping deal with online and digital projects. Things like this help with encouraging creativity in the work place.

What did you not like about this institution?
The pay and salaries could be better, especially when there is sometimes a lot of time spent on projects outside of our cases with clientele.
