What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
The advice I would give is to get a better human resource team and help the management get on the same level and fairly criticize everyone in the workplace. I think they could also cut down on some of the cliques which would create a more friendly and efficient environment for everyone.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The firm is very nice and can be a really laid back place to work. I enjoyed the people and other employees that I worked with as well. They are all very caring and really seem genuine in the way that they offer help and advice.

What did you not like about this institution?
At times the environment can get very political, and there are some cliques which in my opinion is normal for most firms. I felt the management did not handle problems and issues that arose very well. It seemed as if they had some favorites and would take others sides of the issue without knowing the full story. There were a couple management employees who were very arbitrary to say the least.
