What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
A new management team would help out a lot for morale in the place, and let people now there is a group on the same team here and get people motivated.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
My first job here was very well trained. The ins and outs of the place were streamlined and everyone is usually on task and wanted to help each other.

What did you not like about this institution?
Benefits are poor and I feel drained as of recent events. More attention to workforce needs should happen soon.
