I don't think anyone would be disappointed if the pay was raised substantially. The offices are due for a renovation or at least a redecoration. Some of the support staff need to be replaced.

I've worked at some boring firms in my career but this is not one of them. Additionally, the firm is well run by some caring and professional individuals. I always felt like the expectations placed on me were reasonable.

I don't think you'll be overly impressed with the compensation packages. Hey, you can't have everything. Additionally, the office location is less than ideal and they aren't exactly luxurious.
