What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I would take everyone aside and have a general manners and attitude meeting. I think the few instances were not intentional and everyone could use a reminder about manners. I think it would make the firm an even more welcoming place.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The work is challenging but the firm will not overload you with work. The paralegals are very helpful with anything billing or processing related. The other attorneys are for the most part great. The mentoring here is good and even a more senior associate can get advice if they need it.
What did you not like about this institution?
A few of the attorneys senior and junior were a little rude and aloof at times. I wasn't particularly offended by it, but it isn't good for this kind of environment. Otherwise there isn't anything bad about the firm, in fact it is great.

5.Current Employee, more than 8 yearsLove My Job!Legal Secretary RecommendProsThe pros of being an employee of this firm is that it is family oriented. I have been with the firm for over 15 years. I left at one point only to return. The perks they provide doesn't compare to anywhere else. My assignments generally care about me and my well being. They do try to keep the morale up among the staff by implementing different events for our benefit. The firm is constantly keeping up with the trending software and ample training as well. Brouse is overall an awesome place to work and I have no plans on leaving again.ConsLike any workplace there are always cons, but for the most part it is with dealing with the different attitudes and personalities. The medical benefits are good but could be better.
