Having people that are great at many things should be harnessed, and would allow for a better utilization of the employees and their skills.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The hours are quite good and the time everyone works together is fantastic especially for new people at their first job. A good place for that.

What did you not like about this institution?
The structure within the place is very focused to one camp, so there is little room to move to other areas of law, which can deter some.
