Take fewer cases and interact more with staff day to day. I think beyond these few things people really like working there, so take the time to make these few small adjustments and the business will continue to flourish.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
They have good cooperation and teamwork with staff. They know how to delegate and apportion cases where they are best fit.

What did you not like about this institution?
Could work more on the quality of cases they accept. They take any and every case, and with the standard of work the firm produces, I think they are aiming too low. Also, the bosses, while effective, you rarely interact with.
