Give the employees better benefits and really a pay scale that can compete out there in the job market and you'll retain more young employees as well.

The firm is not going anywhere; they have been there for more than 100 years and working there I know it won't suddenly go through upheavals or struggle like a firm that doesn't know what it
What did you not like about this institution?
The firm depends a little too much on its history, not offering pay as well as that of other similar firms and benefits packages that could be much improved. They consider it an honor for you to work there and so they don't have to pay as much.
