What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
If I could give advice to the firm it would be to treat your employees with respect. If you pay them what you think they're worth and then go above that, that employee will be loyal to you and work harder for you thus producing better and more results.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The firm Cipriani & Werner, P.C. works a lot like a family does and a solid team. They're the best but they're solid and that is something that will last. They're hard working and don't give up.
What did you not like about this institution?
If you're an employee you can't really rise up in the firm and don't expect any promotions at least anytime soon. Also the pay for employees and admins is modest at best.

No one is good there as long as they have unethical lawyer like Suzan fisher

She’s evil a liar unethical and will cause this firm. Legal action
She is abusive and she is twisted
