Overall a good experience so far

What did you not like about this institution?
I really don't have much bad to say about this firm. There are times that the attorneys get a little full of themselves and refuse to help or mentor some of the younger, less experienced associates when they ask for it or turn to them for advice.

Try and offer more time off and split that between employees to allow it to sync up fine and work for everyone. That would be great"

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Everyone here works very hard and cares for each other. This makes it a great place to work at. I highly enjoy working here.

What did you not like about this institution?
The only thing I wish was different was the ability to have more time off. There is a lot going on always so that doesn't tend to happen.

I would like to see us expand further and hire new some faces! I really feel as though we are making great progress as a firm and should also expand our current office as well.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
There is always interesting work to go around and the starting salary was excellent. I also enjoy how cordial the work environment is. Plenty of overtime opportunity's as well.

What did you not like about this institution?
At times it can be a little bit too busy in the office. I felt constricted a few times in the past in regards to my work flow and practically being forced to work over time to finish up my work.
