What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Communication and transparency are crucial to running a successful firm. I think management needs to focus on both of these moving forward.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
While the salary here is pretty good, I think I enjoy the perks more. The overall compensation is way above market average when you factor them in.
What did you not like about this institution?
There are some issues with transparency here. High level decisions are not communicated to associates and support staff very well, or sometimes at all.
