What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Distribute workloads evenly so that the staff isn't overwhelmed. This will help the staff to keep up but also be happy to be working in this firm.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This firm has handled many high profile banking clients over the years and has a high reputation among its peers and also with the clients that they represent. You will have many opportunities for growth within this firm.
What did you not like about this institution?
The work environment is fast paced and the turnover rate is high. You will have constant work due to the large volume of clients that they have. This will require a lot of extra time to put in.

What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Appreciate your support staff and the contributions they make to the success of the firm. Get a handle on the bullying by certain old school staff (and you know who I mean) so you won't have the hostile work environment you've allowed them to create for new hires. Pay a decent salary commensurable with other firms and reward the support staff - don't treat them like a necessary evil which the attorneys have to 'put up' with.

What did you not like about this institution?
It used to be a great place to work; however, over the years, the benefits have dwindled to be non-existent. New support staff are relentlessly 'bullied' by the old school staff. You'll never see a raise, as they don't believe in them, and support staff salary is way below average, between $20k to $30k - what's listed in your salary chart is a complete fabrication. Support staff are treated like children that need babysitting. NOTE: They don't have any female attorneys - what does that tell you...

The young ones. They're running the firm into the ground with poor decisions and complete lack of managerial experience.

You have to cut out the cancer over there. The staff is adrift in a sea of misery and has no one to turn to for help. HR likes to gossip about the staff to each other and drive rifts between them so there is no teamwork possible. Training is non existent. Learn to appreciate your staff. I promise you cannot do it without them.

I cannot think of a single thing
What did you not like about this institution?
The most terrible management I have ever seen. The employees have been so beaten down by bullying, micromanagement and abuse that they have nothing left to contribute to the job. Absolutely refuses to move into the 21st Century and have normal things that most companies have, like direct deposit for payroll. Imagine a collection law firm that will not accept anything but cash and checks for payment of debt, with no way to pay your accounts online. Misogyny runs rampant over there.

There's not one of them you can trust. The higher you go in the ranking, the worse it gets. Absolutely rotten from the top down.

I hope the $611000 that law firm (Newman , Mathis , Brady & spedale) took from the ppp loan sba were share correctly with all of his employees!!! At least that form a great friends like gulf coast bank where they can ask for free money like the ppp loan right?

This law firm took a file case where I was the victim and found a way to make me pay for another's damages and fault.
I was deployed soon after incident and was not in court due to deployment and was forced to pay for damages to my own car from an uninsured motorist.
HORRIBLE people without a soul.

Everything. Bullies, talk down to staff. Rude as hell. Lots of spying and backbiting with staff. Just awful.
