Attorneys, whether partner or associate level, with an Entrepreneurial spirit will fit in well. There is a clear focus on developing associates to be able to build a book of business, and partner cross-selling.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Great firm for attorneys looking to build a book of business and develop a practice. Solid specialist support and partners willing to assist, whether late nights, weekends or holidays. Friendly atmosphere, where partners and associates know each other and their families.
What did you not like about this institution?
Entrepreneurial focus can take focus away from associate support. While changing dynamic, there can be a dearth of quality associate support.

Work on staff morale. Provide better benefits.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Overtime is allowed and paid. The pay is decent. The work environment is excellent. There is a great job outlook and growth.
What did you not like about this institution?
I didn't get along with all staff members. Parking rates are not included in your compensation.

The firm should either retrain the boss of the law firm or replace with a much more respectful and fair boss. Management should do a better job of not making poor decisions.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
A law firm that has created a working space environment in which opportunities for development. The management team does a great job of looking out for the employees and staff.
What did you not like about this institution?
Sometimes the management team has poor judgement. The boss gives the sense that there is a favorable staff member or members.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The best of their form is their elaborate office and tea served in an 18th century tea kettle.
What did you not like about this institution?
The probate lawyer who handled my fathers estate was reported to the Ohio Bar for his butchered handling and excessive fees charged along with a business relationship with a near bankrupt securities firm where, as trustee, he placed our fathers hard earned money into Bernstein proprietary products. This was a nightmare. 8 years later and we are still trying to get this straighten out after relieving the attorney as trustee and executor.
