What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
At first she seemed far and balanced. She came highly recommended much good things was said. And then after things she told me and time went by. I found she was extremely Judgmental quick to do so. I found she was hypocritical and applied double standards between parties. Doesn't care to listen to your concerns. Then I found out that she does not apply rules or principles fairly. She was quick to help and was excited about my kids mom. But her actions and words in how she treated me was night and day difference.
