A better bonus and incentive structure might be something attorneys such as I would appreciate. But it is a minor issue.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
What I really like about working here is the interesting clientele we get due to the nature of cases and issues we take care of when it comes to some areas of the law like art law. The environment is great.

What did you not like about this institution?
One of the things that can be improved here is the pay, since it isn't as competitive as some of the other firms my friends work at.
