What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
There are a lot of great benefits if you are an intern or employee and I advise you to try them. I advise you to share your work to maintain your work-life balance.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Kutak Rock LLP is a fast growing organization and everyone is very competitive. It is a great organization and you will be having lots of opportunities to learn new things. They invest time and effort in their employees and you will rarely fear of losing your job. Everyone had great energy and the work environment was very positive.
What did you not like about this institution?
Attorney's may be good or bad depending on the individual's personality. Work life balance was a real challenge for me due to high amount of work.

Great place filled with lots of good info for the future, I do wish they would create more a group atmosphere at the place.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I came in new here and have learned a lot. Lots of help and great people here. Overall a great place to learn the first few steps in your career.
What did you not like about this institution?
Management can be almost off putting in some cases, I feel more friendliness would go a long way with this law firm.
