What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
The firm needs to work on building work stations that are closed off. There needs to be more associates so that more staff members could be giving a one-on-one critique.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
It is an environment in which management takes the time to provide critique and guidance. Attorneys provide knowledge for a bigger learning experience. The firm offers promotions and giveaways to increase office morale.

What did you not like about this institution?
The pay system is based on a time clock. Work stations are not enclosed. The level of privacy is very difficult to keep.
