What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I think the leadership team should consider becoming a bit more progressive in their policies. A willingness to try new things will only benefit the firm.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The training program at this firm is fantastic. New associates are given plenty of opportunities to develop themselves and there is a clear path forward for those who want to climb the ladder.
What did you not like about this institution?
The leadership team here seems as if they are resistant to change, and some even seem stuck in the past. The firm is very conservative, which may or may not be considered a negative.
