What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
My advice has to be to believe in yourself and don't make the customer more stressed by delaying cases that much, I understand why it's done but try to deliver a solid case and if you have a strong one go with it.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
It may sound simple but you would be surprised at how many can't perform this. They explain everything in a manner that not only is easy to understand and comprehend but do it in a way that is comforting. They deliver with results and are very hardworking.

What did you not like about this institution?
They can be a big slow getting the ball rolling and getting those results. That's mostly because they want it to be the best so they try to push cases further to give themselves more time to deliver a stronger case.
