What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
The leadership team might want to do something to help unify the firm. Maybe some team building exercises might help? Firm unity needs work, for sure.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The billable hour's requirement here is pretty fair, and I think most associates would agree with me. The benefits package, including the health insurance, is also very good.
What did you not like about this institution?
Associates are expected to solicit their own business if their partner cannot supply them with enough cases to meet their billable quota. Also, the firm doesn't feel very unified. It's a pretty big firm, but it feels like a bunch of small firms that are sharing an office, if that makes sense.
