: An expectation of total dedication can be highly unrealistic at certain times. So management should avoid having unrealistic expectations from their attorneys. Work force is getting older, firm need younger energetic, smart professionals which management should look for.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Prestige law firm, future growth opportunities, challenging work in some areas. The staff is very knowledgeable and knows how to build projects. I had lots of opportunity to work on high-level issues even as a junior, which really helped me to build a good resume. Good job stability and hard to get fired once you get past your probationary period.

What did you not like about this institution?
Like all other law firms, there's an aura of nervousness in the air. Based on your position, there may be very little opportunity for career advancement once you attain a certain level within the firm.
