What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Either lower the number of billable hours or at least pay associates more. Also, consider stopping shareholders from hoarding work outside their area of expertise.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The people here are the best. There is a real sense of comradery, and everyone is always willing to help each other out. The firm offers good mentorship opportunities.
