Continue to treat employees well, but find a way to have the benefits reflect your appreciation. This firm does really well and would suffer if it lost great employees due to better offers.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This firm respects its employees and is great at providing verbal praise. I enjoy my colleagues and feel as though we make a good team.

What did you not like about this institution?
This firm unfortunately does not provide the benefits that I am ideally wanting over the course of my career. The pay is lower than what many of my attorney friends make.

Most of the employees at the GERMER Beaumont office have worked here ten years or longer. The firm has an excellent reputation in the community. The employees are friendly. The working environment is good. The benefits package is competitive.ConsAs with any office, there are minor things that could be improved. Overall, I have no 'Cons' to report.
