What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
My advice has to be stop just sliding a customer off to the next until they finally find that one person just right for them. Pull the team together and discuss who would be best on the job and who has time for it.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The best has to be the hardworking staff and their motivation to do right by you and get you results. They will pick the right person for the job within the firm for you so you always get someone who will do a good job.

What did you not like about this institution?
The big con here has to be that you can and will be passed from attorney to attorney within the firm until the best one will take you because it's what they specialize in. This is both good and bad but can feel awful as a customer.
