" Law Firm that Appreciates"   - Anonymous      Write an Anonymous Review

- Reviewed on Dec 16, 2017

Advice to law firm management: The firm should consider re-hiring the employees that it let go. Management should really work harder in identifying valuable employees to the firm.

Pros: A law firm setting which several benefits are offered to employees that are affordable. The firm has a system in place in which employees work together alongside staff and attorneys.

Cons: The firm has lost many of its employees because they have been let go. However, many of the employees were skilled and it appears that the firm made a poor decision in letting go of the valuable employees.

Advice to law firm management: Work on improving communication between management and employees. Allow employees to have a life outside of the firm.

Pros: There are more genuine people here than you would find at most firms. The hours and work environment are excellent as well.

Cons: There is not a good work and life balance at this firm. There is a lack of communication from management.

"Global Law Firm Is a Mixed Bag"   - Anonymous      Write an Anonymous Review

- Reviewed on Jun 05, 2017

Advice to law firm management: There really needs to be better management and treatment of their employees. I feel asif it could also benefit by having more diverse associates and managers.

Pros: Global Law Firm Is a Mixed Bag

Cons: As with other firms, they have very long hours. I've noticed a sizable handfulof attorneys who were jerks. Some of the management, in fact, had people who would ratherblame others than own up to their failure. Some would go out of their way to humiliate you. Thiswas very frustrating, but thankfully not everyone in the firm was like this.

Everyone Loves LawCrossing

LawCrossing has the most listings of any job board I have used. It's actually a great site. The website had a lot of detail. It’s nice that you don't have to go through a recruiter if you don't want to. You can actually contact the law firm directly for the positions listed. LawCrossing had a ton of great features.
