Marcella and her team were hired to conduct a neutral, third party investigation at my workplace. They tripled the cost initially given for the investigation, treated witnesses with hostility and disrespect, didn’t read all of the documentation and did permanent, lasting damage to our organization. I wish I had a Time Machine to change our decision to hire them. Their approach was clearly biased, and for tripling the budget they still didn’t make time to read all of the documentation they asked for. I’m posting this to warn other orgs to hopefully prevent more harm like they have done to us.
