Advice to law firm management: Have your managers actually manage the office. I'm not saying we can't socialize, but you have people getting paid and barely doing any work!
Pros: They have a great office with great benefits. I'd often stay in for lunch because we were provided with free food and beverages. The offices themselves were clean and well kept, and it was generally a very decent office space.
Cons: I really couldn't stand all the childishness that went on in the office. There was too much fraternizing and not enough work being done. Some of us had trouble working with all the joking that was going on--and this was every day! Favoritism ran wild here.
