What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Give more benefits, add some incentives for goal oriented people and a morale boost. I would suggest advertising more to bring in more clients and work to go around.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Friendly people and a peaceful environment that's not very stressful. There is enough work to go around. There are casual dress Tuesdays as well as free lunches on the 23rd of every month. The pay is good as well.
What did you not like about this institution?
Work can be sparse at times but it's rarer than it used to be. There is a high turnover rate. There are no incentives and only a few benefits but the ones I get are great.
