Management could provide some classes that teach some of the associates to treat the clients with more of a caring attitude.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Working here is just like working at most other firms. People here will do just enough to make the clients happy. The pay and benefits are good and the resources are okay.

What did you not like about this institution?
I do think there could be a better job done in regards to how we approach our clients. The firm seems to treat them more like a monetary goal than actual people.
