Management needs to devise a plan to alleviate some of the stress involved, since everyone is hyper focused on moving forward, we could lose some people to other firms.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The benefits overall are one of the best in the area and the team can be very focused to finish the job quickly

What did you not like about this institution?
Overworked employees are around the place, and the performance sometimes shows through with the workload at certain points in the year.
