Open up more positions for those that want to stay and expand with the firm, continuing to bring business to a great company.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Working here had its ups and downs, but everyone is very kind and knowledgeable. That makes for a great environment to be around.
What did you not like about this institution?
I approached management and tried to see if it was possible for me to move up in the company. They do not have any such positions.
