What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I would like to see management take on cases that will challenge everyone at this firm once in a while to keep things interesting. I would also like to see more cases taken on in general.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The starting pay and benefits are great. I also found everyone to be quite passionate about their cases since everyone is very family oriented and tends to come off as very caring.

What did you not like about this institution?
It can get to be quite slow during the holidays and I found the work to be quite dull since this firm plays it safe too much in terms of only taking on cases they know they will win.
