What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Implement a formal training program. Learn to effectively manage and pay better. Then people would actually want to stick around.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The billable hour's requirement is reasonable and you get a bonus if you bill over that. The support staff is always there to help you out.
What did you not like about this institution?
Where to start? The pay is really low for a firm of this size in this area. Management does not actually manage. There is no real training program here. No wonder so many people leave.
