They might want to look into bringing in outside help to market their services. They could do a better job of either hiring experienced staff or training them once they're hired.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
They treat everyone fairly here at this firm. There aren't a lot of office politics. The jobs come with plenty of perks everyone here is a pleasure to work with.

What did you not like about this institution?
The firm doesn't seem to be keeping pace with the growth of similar firms. They don't have an easy time bringing in new clients. They don't train their employees well enough.
