This firm should consider expanding to offer more room for growth. This will prevent good employees from eventually leaving.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I worked at this firm for about 3 years and the pay was awesome. They give you raises almost every quarter as long as you show up and get the job done. You get awesome benefits and management works well with you to help better your career.

What did you not like about this institution?
The lack of upward mobility is a bit of a deal breaker. It's hard to find a good position in upper management because there are never positions available. I only left because of a better position elsewhere.
