What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I would just keep an eye on anyone that seems to be having trouble getting settled in here and offer help to them.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I'm not sure what it is about this firm but I always feel warm and fuzzy whenever I am here.

What did you not like about this institution?
From what I have seen, some people don't click with this firm and they don't get the warm fuzzy feeling here and I haven't seen many of those people last very long here.
