What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Fix the lighting, maybe spice up the place visually and make it look happy and bright. I bet that would boost morale and productivity quite a bit.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Every one is very friendly and helpful. I learned a lot while working here. The pay is fair and the benefits are about as good as can be expected. I was able to progress my career here.
What did you not like about this institution?
The lighting of the place is very low and not well done. This can make doing paperwork a little frustrating and straining on the eyes. Other than that I can't think of much.
