What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Since the case load is not going to decrease and you won't hire more people, you should give advances or bonuses.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This firm was started in the eighties and has grown very slowly over that time. This means they take care of their people for long periods of time.
What did you not like about this institution?
With the size staying so small you will have to do the work of three others on any given day.

There is just about nothing this firm would do to harm others that sue their clients. I could no longer work for such a business.
People, departments, offices, products, services and whatever comes to mind that should be avoided at this institution
This law firm hires private investigators to destroy the lives of others in an attempt to stop lawsuits from continuing. If you have filed a lawsuit and these are the attorneys, you need to store your information on hard drives not connected to the internet because they will hire third parties to delete and destroy in an attempt to scare you or literally prevent you from continuing your suit. I couldn’t sleep at night knowing what I knew about this firm. Don’t walk.. run!
