A brand new energy and workforce system need to be introduced because many have left and the energy isn't there to move forward.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
When everyone worked together, we got things done in a timely manner; many people had energy all the time and great passion for their jobs.

What did you not like about this institution?
A recent downturn in clients has put everyone on edge and not its what it used to be; the energy is low and the air filled with little joy.
