This firm needs to consider expanding to offer more room for growth. This way employees can feel more wanted and stick with a firm.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I've been here about a year now and have become close with management and staff. People are very friendly and open-minded and you get along with everyone well. They hold staff parties a lot and give you a lot of vacation time after being here a year.

What did you not like about this institution?
One downside to this firm is the lack of upward mobility. They don't offer much room for growth which is tough and most people who work here stay in the same position for years. It's not ideal for people who want to move forward.

All Family Law Group is an amazing company to work for! As a current employee, I have been given numerous opportunities to advance in my role in the 10 years I have been working here. Management always acknowledges and shows appreciation for an employees’ strengths as soon as they identify them. I love the company culture as it is both challenging and rewarding - it truly feels like family. The work load is very fast paced, but upper management always ensures the employees feel supported and have the tools they need to do their job. I would highly recommend All Family Law Group to anyone that wants to advance in the legal field.
