What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Something that the firm needs to do to make a positive work place even better is having better pay and focusing on making sure the benefits are good.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I found the work place to be very professional, but at the same time to be very welcoming to the concepts of interactions and networking. Even though I am not somebody who always seeks to socialize, it was beneficial to know that the work environment didn't discourage the ability to seek help or resources when we needed it. I really liked my associates and I think the concept of being open to interaction with others is something I carry with me till today as a lawyer.

What did you not like about this institution?
The pay and benefits could have definitely been better at the firm. Even though it wasn't too bad, I thought the firm was a bit lax on making sure that employees were being paid what they should have been, especially interns.
