Learn to treat your employees like human beings. If a mistake is made, address it and move on. Do not run to another attorney to gossip about the petty mistake of the day.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Pay weekly. Good amount of holidays off. After 6 months, you get PTO days. That is pretty much the extent of that.

What did you not like about this institution?
Demoralizing. Attorneys are always complaining about the most petty things. They are never satisfied, regardless of how quickly and efficiently you work. Everyone in the office has had about enough abuse honestly.
